Frequently Asked Questions

We want to ensure we are a good fit for you and your garden project. Below are some typical questions you may have.

What experience do you have as garden designers?

We are professionally trained garden designers and horticulturists (RHS) with over 20 years’ experience in design, build and planting of residential and commercial gardens.

We are also full members of the Association of Professional Landscapers with MAPL accreditation.

What services do you offer?

We offer a full design and build service from concept plans through to completion.

Sometimes you may not require a complete redesign and wish to focus purely on planting. We can help you with plant selection, sourcingsetting out and planting.

We also offer an aftercare service of consultations to ensure your garden is evolving as you wished – this can include maintenance on a seasonal basis.

Do you have expertise in specific types of gardens or themes?

Our designs are client led as we believe each garden should reflect their owners’ tastes and needs.

We are experienced in modern new build gardens, traditional rural or town gardens.  All these styles can be enhanced by incorporating wildlife friendly planting along with sustainable practices.

We also offer an aftercare service of consultations to ensure your garden is evolving as you wished- this can include maintenance on a seasonal basis.

How do you incorporate our ideas and preferences into the design?

We listen to your wishes and needs before detailing a thorough brief. We study your property to understand how we can best achieve your dream garden.

Most of our clients have never been through the process before which is why as garden designers we take a client-first approach.

We safeguard your garden project from start to finish, save you time and manage your budget.

Our ultimate aim is to ensure you have a garden that exceeds your expectations and compliments your home.

What is your approach to sustainability and eco-friendly design?

We are passionate about the surrounding landscape and architecture which are carefully taken into consideration and, as such, the materials we select are always sympathetic to your setting.

We endeavor to use local suppliers where possible and reuse materials, key elements, and plants when viable.

Encouraging local wildlife is integral to our approach and this is keenly reflected in our planting schemes. At the heart of all our projects is sustainability and ecology.

What is the estimated timeline for the garden design ?
We usually present you with a masterplan within 5 weeks of carrying out the site survey.
