This impressive property had undergone major remodeling and needed a garden to match. The brief was to create a stylish family space with several entertaining areas. Set in a gorgeous rural location in heathland, views were maximised from the firepit zone over adjoining fields. A swimming pool is nestled against our designed flint and brick boundary wall providing the backdrop for the pool house and shower. Evergreen hedging creates privacy and wind protection.
Careful consideration was given to views out from the house over the terrace and lawn to screen the pool from view during the winter months. The main terrace area is shaded by beautiful parasol trees with ample space for good flow. Brickwork walls softened with planting create level change between lawns with simple arches punctuating along a path. A simple white and green planting scheme of hydrangeas, lavender, grasses, and topiary enhances and compliments this beautiful property.
