Hampshire Traditional Garden

A stunning period home with a garden that needed updating and reconfiguring. The brief was to create great views to enjoy from several key rooms and reflect the owner’s tastes.

Two ample terraces were created to provide dining and lounging at different times of the day. A wide but shallow plot with several mature trees has now been elegantly divided into multiple useable spaces with planting palette marking the ever changing seasons.

Timber obelisks create height and structure within the borders for roses and clematis. Trellis provides privacy from neighbouring properties, screening of an utilitarian working area and reflects the traditional nature of the house.
