An architecturally designed modern barn set a beautiful rural plot. Expansive views over rolling fields were maximised with a large reflection pond taking centre stage. Areas of the lawned gardens are bisected with yew hedging defining spaces and creating spaces for sculpture. Transformed from a blank canvas into spaces offering dining, a chillout area with a fireplace, a welcoming entrance along with a large working kitchen and cutting garden. The brief was to create a garden for viewing from the interior that reflected the owner’s tastes.
